Hampstead Stage hires professional actors who truly believe in the work we do. All of our actors have a college degree, and are hired from professional acting conferences. Grace McDonell is an actor and singer originally from Wisconsin but currently based in Chicago. She has a degree in Theatre and Musical Theatre from Loyola University Chicago, and studied at the London Dramatic Academy in England. Her favorite credits include 1984 (Julia), 25th ANNUAL (Rona Lisa), DOUBT (Sister James), THE BALTIMORE WALTZ (Anna), and SONDHEIM ON SONDHEIM (Vanessa). Brock Birkner is ecstatic to be returning to the Hampstead Stage Company this Summer. Brock is originally from St. Charles, Missouri and currently based in Los Angeles, California. Brock has his BFA in Musical Theatre from Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri. His favorite credits include Malvolio in Twelfth Night, JD in Heathers: The Musical, and Gabe in Next to Normal.
Caylyn Jarmon-Vinson is thrilled to be making her Hampstead Stage Company debut! Caylyn is a native of Columbus, Georgia where she received her BFA in Theatre Performance from Columbus State University. Most recently, she was seen as the Giant's Wife/Storyteller in Prairie Fire Children's Theatre's tour of Jack & the Beanstalk and as Martha Cratchit in Nebraska Theatre Caravan's national tour of A Christmas Carol. When not performing, Caylyn loves working with children and sight-seeing.
Dan Robertson is a recent graduate from Northern Kentucky University where he earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting. Recent credits include Actor 1 of Ken Ludwig's Baskerville and Philip Capet in The Lion in Winter, both productions at Falcon Theatre in Cincinnati. Dan would like to thank his family for their support, and he's excited to tell some of his favorite stories this summer!
Sophia Pietrkowski is elated to join her first tour with Hampstead Stage Company! After receiving her Acting BFA from CalArts, she moved back home to Chicago. She is a company member at Collaboraction and recently joined the Chicago Playback Theater Ensemble. Her latest theatrical performances include an original one-woman show entitled Tato and Picnic Summit as part of Collaboraction’s Encounter Festival. Sophia loves to collaborate and create new works that center around social change.
Christian Hinton is an actor and theatre artist from Memphis, TN. He graduated from the University of Memphis, receiving a BFA in Acting. For two years, he toured with Voices of the South, performing theatre to children in the Memphis area and has really enjoyed his time working with children. Christian is always striving to discover new opportunities to better himself and strengthen his community through theatre.
Rebecca Whitney Klein is delighted to be making her debut with Hampstead Stage! REGIONAL: Endstation Theatre Company: Br’er Cotton (CagedBird_99), Buddy: The Buddy Holly Story; Central Square Theater: Brundibar & But the Giraffe (Aninku). COLLEGIATE: Revolt. She Said. Revolt. Again., The School for Scandal (Snake), Still Alive (Narrator), Assassins (Billy/Swing), The Yellow Boat, Shipwrecked. Caroline Clay is very excited to return to Hampstead Stage! Originally from Greenup Kentucky, Caroline holds two degrees from Morehead State University in Theatre and Multimedia Production. She has previously performed with Kincaid Regional Theatre, Blue Gate Musicals and the National Theatre for Children, among others. She would like to dedicate her performance to Rudyard Kipling and Dionysus.
Rosa Julia Campbell is a recent graduate of Northwestern State University where she received a B.S. in Theatre with a concentration in Performance and Directing. Some of her most recent credits include Guildenstern (Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead), Susan (Tick, Tick...Boom!), and The Baker's Wife (Into the Woods). Joseph Piercey is thrilled to be making his debut with Hampstead Stage Company. A Memphis native, he recently received his BFA in Musical Theatre with a Minor in Dance from the University of Memphis. Credits include: Beauty and the Beast (Lumiere), [title of show] (Jeff), and Bull (Thomas) as well as roles in Be More Chill, The Wild Party, and The Odyssey. He can’t wait to bring these amazing stories to life this summer!
JaneMarie Erickson is ecstatic to return to Hampstead Stage Company! Originally from Wisconsin, she received a BA in both music and theatre from Ripon College. Her favorite credits include The Legend of Sleepy Hollow (Katrina), Miracle on 34th Street (Doris Walker), and Cymbeline (Imogen). She has been exploring the country as an actor and theatre educator, and can’t wait to explore Treasure Island and the Land of Oz with you this spring!
